El ámbito de aplicación material del Reglamento Sucesorio Europeo: la exclusión de los regímenes económicos matrimoniales

Abstract

The death of a spouse requires the dissolution of the property regime of his marriage before the settlement of his estate. In cross-border cases, EU Regulations in both fields are coordinated to determine the jurisdiction, but not the applicable law. This paper analyses the current situation and proposes future solutions.
