Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the new regulation of de facto guardianship. It analyses the care and representative functions of the guardian. It also examines the different means of proof of the status of de facto guardian, especially with regard to banks, in particular, the notarial act and the so-called responsible declaration.
